I’ve been selling designs & themes online for around 8 years and there are more and more marketplaces coming online each year. Something they all have in common is a fee or percentage of commission, because hey they need to make money too. So keep that in mind when pricing your items.

Themeforest has been my MarketPlace of choice over the past 8 years, although it is getting tougher to make a sale because of the amount of Authors on there. They do have massive traffic, so if your work is excellent and you can stand out from the crowd, you can still make money through ThemeForest.

There are some great advantages of listing your products on MOJO Marketplace! Over three years ago, MOJO was acquired by Endurance International Group, who own some of the webs leading hosting brands such as: HostGator, Bluehost, Domain.com, Fatcow and iPage, just to name a few. With that said, MOJO Marketplace is the product platform and one-click installer (we install about 30,000+ WordPress sites a week!) for these brands.

Another out-side-the-box idea is selling your items on ebay. I think selling items people can use for special events would be successful, like childrens party invitations, wedding stationary, photo album pages etc.
- No Review Process for items uploaded
- Set your own prices
- Fee per listing
My Experience:
I already knew how to use ebay so that was helpful. I couldn’t find a way to Automatically send the digital file after purchase, so this is still a manual process.
Summary
There you go, a whole bunch of sites I”m personally selling digital items on. So start uploading your files, and making sales, it doesn’t matter how small or simple your project is, someone may need it. Happy Selling!
